Competition Kettlebells

A competition kettlebell has one job: to disappear. When the bell in your hand feels the same at 16 kg and at 32 kg — same ball diameter, same rack position, same handle window — your body stops re-learning the movement every time you go heavier and can commit fully to technique. That is why girevoy (kettlebell) sport standardised the shape, and why every Incore Sports competition kettlebell shares identical external dimensions regardless of weight. Incore Sports competition kettlebells use a hollow-core, single-cast steel construction. They contain no sand, lead, loose weights or other filling and have no welded components. Nominal handle size is 34 mm (actual measurements 33–35 mm depending on axis, as the handle cross-section is not perfectly circular). The unpainted polished-steel handle is designed for chalk and long kettlebell sport sets; widened corners spread pressure across the palm instead of digging into the forearm during high-rep sets. Weight tolerance is held to ±100 g so a 24 kg is a true 24 kg. The 4 and 6 kg bells are cast in aluminium purely to preserve the shared silhouette at the lightest end; everything above is steel.
