Steel clubs. Mobility & strength.
Clubbells
Think of the clubbell as the missing link between a kettlebell and a steel mace. Its mass sits in a weighted bulb closer to the hand than a mace head, so the leverage is real but manageable — enough to challenge the wrists, forearms and shoulders without the steep learning curve of a long lever. That makes it one of the best tools for arm and shoulder health: swinging and circular patterns take the joints through controlled rotation under load, building the connective-tissue resilience that heavy pressing alone never develops. Incore Sports clubbells are solid steel in matte black, with bulb and handle diameters growing sensibly with weight so the grip stays appropriate at every size. Use them single or in pairs for mills, swipes, shield casts and pendulums, as a mobility and prehab primer, or as accessory work that keeps your shoulders healthy for the heavy lifts. The range runs from 2 to 8 kg — light enough to start as a genuine beginner tool, heavy enough to keep loading as your control improves.
